For the customer, the system is simple really engaging, they love being able to decide how much to bid for their upgrade. It also allows them to add on extras which they may not have chosen at booking stage. From a hotel perspective, Upsell Guru is easy to use, even in a 300+ bedroom hotel it isn't really time consuming to action the requests and the revenue generating opportunities are huge. The hotel is in complete control of all pricing so over a peak weekend, or dip period it is quick and easy to manage the upgrade supplements to maximise revenue.

Does not integrate 2 ways to all legacy pms. Fortunately in my circumstance we have 2 way integration but PMS are restricting in some circumstance. They can still work with legacy PMS but not as streamlined
