Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

A very good flexible Solution with a lot of and add-ons and customized options if you are looking at vendors that can provide Kiosk Check-in/Check-Out features. They also provide mobile apps that have options for Mobile Check-in/Check-Out with option to handle mobile keys and ID verifications.

- There was a churn of their Project Managers, we went through 4, however, the Intelity leadership was quick to jump in and take the lead in seeing the project through to completion.

Easily accessible with everything at your fingertips. Guests love the no touch /contact communication. Easy to request Anne amenities to your room and go on about your day.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The tablets we have break often, so those have issues. Constant battle trying to make sure rooms have proper tablets and are updated
