Great company: George in sales was helpful throughout the entire process and even came on-site to ensure everything was working properly. Mobile key works well as well as the messaging.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Implementation time - but this is influenced by other vendors as well not just Intelity so not really a true complaint.

Ease of access to amazing hotel features like spa and food. Guest experience feedback.. to avoid bad reviews. Opportunity to increase sales through food and spa.

The company is really great - the only thing would be perhaps lower monthly payment tiers for smaller hotels and shorter contracts. - highly recommended, so I don’t really have any other feedback. ...

Hotel content delivered in an easy to use graphical interface. Eliminates the paper compendium, saves money. Changes to the content done "on the fly". Improves efficiency through real-time notification...

Technical support during and post installation. Communication with Intelity Team outside of the weekly status meetings. Google Developer Account difficult to establish.
