A 'how to guide' would be useful. Also, to have the ability of adding a cut off time on the alcohol add-on packages. For example, if a reservation(s) book very late and arrive very late in the evening, requesting champagne or prosecco after the bar/restaurant have already closed. The guest won't be served. This a major downfall and should be looked at.

The customer service is personal and honest. They have delivered on everything promised and go above and beyond. I have lost count of the amount of times I have asked "is something like this possible" and every time it's met with a positive response that they will do there best, so far there best has always been to achieve exactly what we are after. The engine is reliable and robust, having never failed us and the back end for administration is easy to navigate on the rare occassions we use it
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am yet to find a challenge or frustration that was not addressed or resolved within hours, normally much quicker. The biggest positive is our direct contact with our account manager who is a pleasure to work with and always prompt to come back to us, keeping us updated on progress when needed. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending them in the future to anyone looking for a booking an engine that is flexible and bespoked to our specific needs and desires whilst remaining robust, reliable and without fault.

As a group, we have seen real benefit in working with P3 as it is a completely customisable booking platform with additional features and messaging that other platforms don't offer. Year on year we see an uplift in ROI and are supported by a friendly team who aid us in the implementation of a book direct strategy. We've been on the platform for over two years and are constantly being introduced to new products which benefit us as a business and improve the customer journey whilst also being user friendly and intuitive.
