Integrations can be time consuming, cumbersome with much trial and error. In my experience with myDigitalOffice, I can't even recall hearing about the integration which is a very positive thing. During setup, work with their team to understand what data will best empower your business and ensure that new processes and reports are loaded to support your business needs.
