Answer:

Operating in a multi-lingual environment can create communications problems that cause delays that immpact operational efficiencies and ultimately the guest experience. We all know that a picture is worth a 1000 words and Snapfix is powerfully simple.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Simplicity is the key. The level of technical ability and sophistication as an end user is very small (if you can take a photo- you can use it) while the power of the backend reports derived from these photos delivers huge value to hotel operators.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

The use cases for Snapfix are only limited by your imagination, houskeeping , F&B etc are the tip of th iceberg. Take 20 minutes to have a brainstorming session and look at SnapFix in combination with other tools you may have or be considering such as geo-location.
