Well, whoever designed this system never worked in a store or a restaurant:
Just to make an easy sale takes about five seconds more than it should do. I calculated that I need to "click" on the mouse when selling a beer nine times. That is five clicks more than when we had an older system. Plus editing an order is just horrible.
It took you guys more than two years to fix that a customer can book with a specific therapist...
Besides this, there are so many more improvements that needs to be done, I don't think I have the time to write it here.

I like that we have been able to introduce a system that works for our unique offering allowing pool and gym sessions to be booked and also spa bookings and spa experience offering. We have always struggled finding a system that can accommodate. We can view all or area bookings on one page, then flip to spa on another view. Also that we have been able to allow guests to book via our website and app by introducing the link.

Multiple bookings, we find it takes a while if you have groups wanting to book an option to add multiple for your selection would be very effective.

I have loved working with Trybe to date and so found have found the whole transition extremely positive. From the spa perspective, It has cut my work load from front of house and reception duties. I love the convenience of the confirmation and summary automatically sent out. It is very user friendly and the online portal is great and so attractive. Our whole experience with Trybe has been flawless thanks to the support of Elisa.

I wish it was more connected to the Mews system. Right now we would need to manually refund both systems for example.
And also sometimes it's very hard to find products we are selling in the search bar. I've called for example all products from the brand DARK, with the "DARK" name in front of the product name, and I would expect all of the products with start "DARK" to appear under, but its max 15 items that shows under the search bar. All of the products with that name could definitely just pop up.

Based on my experience with Trybe spa software, my advice to a hotelier would be to fully leverage the 24/7 booking engine. This feature not only boosts revenue by capturing bookings around the clock but also enhances customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and convenient booking experience.
Trybe has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
