What do you like most?

Easy to operate, everything can be tracked, paperless. Automatic generated report is very user friendly as well. Will love to use it in all aspects.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Resolve some small interface error every now and then. More flexibility when it comes to set up fucntions to fit individual hotel.

What do you like most?

The data I'am able to get from HUB is fantastic to monitor, track and make further healthy business decisions. Monitoring guests movements to be more efficient as a hotel overall.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

At this stage very happy with the product form an F&B stand point. Looking forward to all the new developments being launched.

The ability to summarize all the property needs in one, and the ability to have mobile capacity. For instance, having the opportunity to report a malfunction and being able to attach a picture, saves an e...

Small technical details that have to be adjusted to each property, but once it is done, it works perfectly. The mobile version could be (even) more functional
