Web-app solution for contactless communication between the guest and the hotel In a time that contactless communication is so important, it's very important to give your guests the option to communicate this way if they wish so. What is also important is to not overwhelm your team with another channel to manage. The Guest in Touch module allows your guests to: • Book a restaurant service, based on your maximum safest occupancy. •Request housekeeping services, like extra towels or amenities. • Inform you about any incident. Any of these requests are sent directly to the responsible teams and staff. And will definitely help you improve your guest communication and satisfaction.
