very easy to use and very helpful in day-to-day management. the floor system for chambermaids is excellent for their daily work. for maintenance you have a daily snapshot of the state of your hotel.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

immediate problem-solving service. Fantastic training in the implementation of a system that is already working in all types of hotels and resorts

Easiness of use and instant communication between all departments. Reports of faults are instant and the other teams can act immendiately

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Not much - amazed with the intuitive use and communication and reporting features. It can be checked everywhere in the building and speeds up all proedures
