If for some reason they are not able to respond in a timely matter we also provide a support number to call into general support. If that does not work you may go into your settings and go to the support side tab and click the "How are we doing?" section and click unsatisfied to escalate any concern to our escalation team. We have been having unusually high call volumes this month and apologize that you have been running into problems recently.

ResNexus and Airbnb have a very close working relationship. If you're looking for a PMS that integrates well with Airbnb and who's staff is very knowledgable on how to optimize your listings to perform to the fullest potential on the Airbnb channel, ResNexus is a great pick.
