I switched to Preno and was able to highly reduce my outgoing cost I was paying for booking software.
Preno's booking system is very easy to learn and very user friendly.
Their customer support when you need help is second to none that I have received before.
It was able to easy integrate also with my invoicing software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think they could improve perhaps how information get pulled through from Preno into invoicing if integrating with another software.
For example if you could personalize this more yourself to untick boxes of what information you do want and don't want pulling through onto invoice.
However I have been able to get customer care to help from their side so it wasn't an issue.

We moved from a major PMS as the service and prompt service went to nothing. Preno have been prompt and provided a round the clock service. Very helpful and informative.

All good a weekend service would be good as at weekends and bank holidays we are stuck unless someone it available. I think the mon-fri 9-5 tiles have gone and 24/7 is needed

More functionality around payment options would be good, eg early payment non-refundable vs pre-arrival payment for flexible bookings. Breadth on other features, eg Housekeeping with Extras, is great.

User experience can be improved. I have used other systems and I have found few drawback from Preno.
For example a small one - prepayment booking from booking.com we have each time manually add payment to it.
More colours and buttons could be used!
I highly recommend Preno to have a look at OYO system. I think a school kid can run OYO OS.

It is functional. We only use it due to it's integration with Lightspeed and Xero. The Xero integration is good.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Grid view UI. This alone has made us consider using another system. It reduces productivity significantly. It could be very simply improved.
- Ability to run 2 properties as 2 separate subscriptions but giving us an all in one view. The issue is that we need to journal entry revenue entries for each property into the appropriate Xero file
