What do you like most?
PMS and Channel Management Systems are well established, comprehensive and user-friendly. Complimented with excellent Customer Service - phone, chat, webinars.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps form designs (invoices and statements) and printing options for these could be more robust. Populating the property Contents pages now look rather dated.

The use of the application is easy and the customer service is always satisfactory, the treatment of Maria and the other members of customer service are always willing to help
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In general everything is fine, the only thing is to improve the mobile application when you want to try to modify or change a reservation it becomes quite complicated

What do you like most?
The management of the reservations goes without problems and the communication with the clients totally automated. So we have peace of mind (there is no risk of overbooking)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The prices and stays (minimum) interface. The visual aspect of the interface (in the app and on the web) is a bit outdated.
