What do you like most?

We are an extremely small B&B. The employees, first and foremost Ms. Susanne Balzer and Mr. Maxim Gubin, supported me with a lot of patience and friendliness in setting up the program.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

At the moment I cannot make any suggestions for improvement, since I`ve only been working with the program for a short time. I think it is very good for my needs

Helps me a lot to understand how to deal with reservations and no more overbookings. It was very important for me that the customer paid when booking, so I didn't have to write invoices. No more calls...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

At the moment I am very satisfied with it and I think that there is a lot of potential for dealing with the software in everyday life.

What do you like most?

The prompt and courtesy customer service. The willingness to solve problems remotely and off regular business hours. The knowledge of the system was evident.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Check to see if any adjustments to the suite negatively effect how the suite should work. This would eliminate any possible inconvenience to our guests.
