Profitroom provides hoteliers with excellent technology-based solutions and a wide variety of software that automates many core processes at hotels and significantly increases their direct bookings, improves the quality of account management and builds stronger genuine image of hotels by using high-quality marketing strategies and advanced modern websites. Thanks to the two-way interface integration between Profitroom Channel Manager and proRMS of Qualpro we can offer our mutual clients fast and precise recommendations of rates and availability that are easily distributied to all necessary channels.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Profitroom has a unique approach of creating marketing content for hoteliers. It is always tailor-made for hotels and this results in high conversion and great stories of success of their hotels (which are in many cases our mutual clients, so I can have this feedback directly from them). Profitroom's technology solutions are focused on their clients real needs and strongly oriented on solving their actual problems very efficiently. For instance, their CRM together with marketing automation is a powerful machine to increase the number of direct bookings. You can really feel this "hospitality know-how" looking at the practical design of their products.
