What do you like most?
Each problem/question is dealt with fast and thoroughly. Interface is quite intuitive. Engine seem properly written - no bugs experenced.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While their blogs are interesting, getting few more technical articles would be nice as some functions are a bit hidden and knowledge about them isn't as easy to get as it could be.

Mostly clear view of the Channel Manager and easy to configure in real time. Great support whit mapping to new channels and also fast and professional solving of current problems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think it's the best Channel Manager so not much to improved, great support and easy to operate as person who have to work on it daily.
