We are pleased with the product and current account management. Seems to be an improved focus on the customer. Originally, account management was dormant it is now excellent. One challenge is in working with some of the technical staff. Although there is often a disconnect with business teams and technical teams, we have been challenged with technical communications. We have clear overcome them as we have been clients more than 3 years.
