On the operations side, Hoteza has enabled us to increase revenue through additional service sales. By promoting upsells such as in-room dining, wellness bookings, room upgrades, and other extras directly through the app, we’ve seen a noticeable uplift in ancillary income. The platform’s seamless integration with our systems allows guests to make payments and reservations without extra work for our team.
