Hoteza’s HotPad hotel technology solution is a multilingual guest service application designed especially for the room-based tablets. This interactive guest room entertainment system benefits everyone: it provides the hotel with a powerful and efficient marketing tool for direct communication and the guests for a simple and quick solution for their in-room use. The solution offers the ability to work on both iOS and Andorid devices, depending on the preference or the existing equipment – it’s easily installed and has the option for multiple integrations with various PMS, RMS and POS systems all over the globe. It supports 68 languages and operates on the cloud technology, requiring to be connected to Wi-Fi within the hotel to handle the operations and content management, easily manageable through Hoteza’s unique CMS.
