Answer:

There are no problems with the system. It's a trouble-free process. The support is perfect, and internally it is a tool that saves us a lot of working time. It therefore enables us the reception to use the time gained differently. We can highly recommend it.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

This tool is very easy to use, you save a lot of time at the check in and this in turn allows you to work very productively. It is also very easy to use for the guest and is a great guest companion right through to the check out.

What do you like most?

Especially in this day and age, contactless check-in is the easiest and safest way to provide guests with the services they are used to. Easy handling for the guest and a big help for the hotel.
