Hoteza App is an interactive mobile or web application aiming to provide an exceptional guest experience, giving the guests an opportunity to inform and communicate with their guests through their own device. Two options have been developed: one made as a native app for iOS and Android users, and web-based application that does not require any download. Both versions are managed through a cloud-based CMS system and give a wide variety of functions, modules and options for the hotels. Hotels can allow guests to order food, explore the hotel history and services through their own device, regardless of their location. It allows for a rich, interactive experience that will digitalise the hotel and create a well-rounded, seamless experience through connectivity. Guests can order through simple QR scans, control their in-room TV and smart room system, place payments directly and the hotel can minimise the use for printed materials while gaining a powerful marketing tool fully compliant with the visual identity guidelines.
