Being a European based company, their software is heavily geared to that market. This has presented some challenges since I am on the other side of the world regarding time zones for customer support (they are not 24/7), communication (not English as a first language) and functionality. While this is a downside, it was known before I migrated to their software and I have not looked back.

- Guest’s Loyalty program, collect points and redeeming against revenue in a final invoice would be an encouragement for our customers to be more loyal.
- To have opportunity for guests when they making reservation to create profile with email and pass or with their social profile (Facebook, Google, Linkedin), providing access to their date, email and phone.
- When the guest accessed to SSP, could edit their profile date and change the pass (PIN)
- To be edited Reservation Notes, not only erase it.
- Pace Report should compare vs last year or vs last period.

With any software purchase; do your homework because what is good for one hotel is not always great for others. Strategy first, processes second and technology comes last. Technology has the potential to improve and streamline your hotel operations, increase revenue and makes guest happier, but you have to select the right products that fit your needs and are suitable for the type of hotel you are.
