My advice would be to review all products that are available to ensure they meet your needs for today and more importantly it evolves to handle the growth of tomorrow. Understand what features and functions would be most important to you.

What do you like most?

Always evolving, fantastic (truly) staff. Top notch support and they listen to their customers. Always open to new ideas and strategies

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I would like to see better communication after updates. I've found that when there is a refresh of the software, I just log in and boom, everything is new and I can't find my routinely used reports/stats....
