What do you like most?

They answered all of my questions quickly and in a way I could understand. They were also terrific about accommodating our requests and customizing templates for us. Always flexible and friendly.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Perhaps having a few more pre-set templates options for available for us to customize (there is currently a limited number of forms/templates you can apply).

What do you like most?

I love the easy communication it offers us to be able to speak with guest in such a easy way. Time efficient as well as very organized system that offers all the information in one spot.

Adding new notifications sounds so that there easier to hear . But other than that it is an amazing app to use

I am really happy with Akia and cant wait to use it for our messaging on our website! Having auto answers for our FAQ is a huge time saver.

mobile check, messaging services and guest request assistance. It made this easy and quick specially on a busy day that the morning shift can pre assign rooms

to integrate or connect the pre registration card to autoclerk so it will be easrier to check the guests who made pre registration

What do you like most?

With Akia I am able to manage the back end of our hotel process remotely. Keeps guests updated and informed.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Anytime a new guest reserves, the registration card is automatically sent to them. Right now, last minute guests do not receive the online registration link.

Akia has helped us communicate with our guests more and helps us to send contactless check in details for when the guests arrive!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Just a few changes to the app version. Some things you can do on a pc cannot be done on the app.
