I have been working as a night auditor for a few months, and so far, InnRaod software management has been excellent. InnRoad is an all-in-one solution integrating a booking engine, card processing, and property management system. The software can perform many functions simultaneously, providing easy access to Expedia.com and Booking.com. The software feature is superb and easy to use. Reservation input is easy. Customer service is always extremely polite and knowledgeable and utilizes screen sharing to make support calls easier. The guests can also chat and report issues directly with the front desk easily. Most importantly, InnRoad is constantly improving its functionality and updating the system, making the software great.

innRoad offers best-in-class hotel property management software. Their all-in-one product suite gives hotel owners all the tools they need to run an efficient operation and increase overall bookings.
InnRoad's PMS package makes it very easy to manage your property as well as seamlessly connect to the OTA's and other online providers. I highly recommend their software and will continue to use it with our current and futures clients.
Services clients, flexibility for properties, and remote access to booking engines and website bookings. Responsiveness from internal staff and willingness to jump on payment challenges quick for resolution options for mutual clients.
innRoad does two things very well, user experience and customer support. The user experience with innRoad is top notch, simple and easy to use for visitors and hotel managers alike. On the other hand their customer support is just as good. Whenever I have a question or issue arise, the innRoad support team is quick to respond and eager to help.

24/7/365 support. The professional and easy process gave me confidence that migrating systems just before busy season would be a success. We were up and running within a week thanks in part to their unlimited training and their very understanding staff.

innRoad has an intense customer focus and prides themselves in their customer support. Unlike most competitors, they offer 24/7 live support. They work very closely with the customer through onboarding process and once live.
InnRoad's customer service is responsive and helps our properties drive additional revenue through their support. We have been able to work with their support team to customize their software to meet the needs of different property types.
They have a small company service focus that values clients but it is delivered with a suite of products like it is from a large company. They continue to innovate in order to engage the client experience.
In my experience with innRoad, their website integrations are what put them over the top when compared to other Hotel Management Software. In this day and age, your website should be the easiest place for your guests to book a room, and innRoad is able to achieve this through their simple yet effective website integrations.

Even if you are not actively in the market for a new hotel PMS, it is worth taking the time to see a demo of the innRoad product. You may see what you are missing, and you will have that information in mind for future consideration.
Their "in-house" channel manager integration is far more seamless that many I have worked with. We have not experienced connectivity issues or other issues that sometimes occur when connecting to multiple online sources.
A smaller company like innRoad can provide greater service with more value for clients. Consider the great responsiveness from their staff, quick resolutions to any problems, and overall value of the product.
When considering innRoad, think critically about the website user experience in conjunction with the other benefits of innRoad. In my experience, I haven't found another Hotel Management System that makes it as easy to book on your website as it does on other popular booking websites.
