The Revinate platform has been game changing for us at Holiday Inn Little India! The feasibility and the extensiveness of the platform allows us to be creative yet targetted at the same time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Pre-arrival, welcome and other more generic templates should be easily replicated once the main branded framework is setup instead of us having to create them again from scratch.

What do you like most?
What I like the most is how you can combine the segmentation of guest with easy marketing campaigns. Everything gets better when also using the CRM togheter with guest surveys.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The interface for the upselling part could really be improved to have the same level as the emails. Could easily be done. Otherwise I'm 100% satisfied.

The responding to surveys by email process could be easier. I find it difficult to use saved templates. When responding to Booking.com, one must copy, this step could be improved.
