Right hand doesn't speak to left hand in this company. Had setup problem with Opera cloud right from the beginning though was assured that it would be a smooth transition. Their accounting department will keep billing you irrespective.

Upselling is easy and can be adapted based on our capacity and staffing levels.

With our hotels that have a variety of packages it can be hard to find the right settings to ensure the right people get the right information as we increase our personalization. There is also no connection to allow deposits to be shown in confirmation emails. Knowing that Revinate is constantly improving we are hopeful that some of these items will be addressed in the near future. It is a welcome change to work with a company that is responsive, adaptive, and always improving.

I used to work for Revinate so I'm definitely bias, however the opportunity to generate a healthy ROI is definitely possible. That said, it depends on your establishment, definitely ask the salesteam to put in your data into their ROI calculator.
