My answer is going to be a bit similar, since as aforementioned, I would say that STAY offers a wide variety of services and functionalities that can be very helpful to fulfill the industry's requirements and the hotel guests' requirements too.

Ease of use to add or make any amends to the sections, flexibility within the sections for adding menus or booking options, how modern the platform looks and how easy it is for guests to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't really think of anything to improve. Maybe an easier way to add different languages to suit all of our hotel guests andmarkets.

The speed in the management when some action is requested by the hotel. They are very effective and that is appreciated.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For me, one of the points to improve is not having a contact telephone number so as not to have to explain things by email, since sometimes it is a bit tedious.

Give all the info online to the customer, we save paper and It can be change on the same day you decided to change it. No need to send to the printer.

I haven't found where to show the event, like promotions for Christmas, would be interesting to announce it. But anyway, it's very complete.

Working with the team has been a pleasure! Fast and efficient responses. The App itself works great and everyone likes the look and features. We are happy with the product and can highly recommend.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are some English phrases or wording that is not 100% correct in English. They did say they would work on fixing this - hopefully soon.
