This app is another way to show uor products to the guests who can order and request them clearly and easily.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

In my opinion it works very well but still most of the people prefer to call directly to reception or F&B department.

The best thing is the speed of the app and the ease of seeing all the services with just one click.

When receiving the Room Service mail by app, have some kind of alert to be faster and to improve the customer experience.
