The team behind it, Patricia, the person who has assigned us a 10, the tool is intuitive and easy to use but it still lacks integrations such as payment via App, reporting for chains.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A payment integration via App is needed, automatic reporting to the email of a hotel or chains. Automatic alerts.
