We are all able to look at all the scheduling for each and every department in the hotel which helps us leaders know who is working at all times. This platform was placed into effect about maybe 2 month ago here and I was apprehensive to commit to using this as I have been using Schedule Fly for maybe about 4 years now and I also started using it at my current employer to which it was met with great approval from all management staff and especially the hourly staff. That being said My Hotel Effectiveness has been a great tool to use for myself and also hearing great feedback from our hourly staff has been nice. All in all, I'm excited and very happy to use My Hotel Effectiveness and I'm really curious to see how this platform evolves in the years to come. Also, for myself using this platform to make the schedule and look at our labor costs has been a game changer. We are all able to look at all the scheduling for each and every department in the hotel which helps us leaders know who is working at all times. This platform was placed into effect about maybe 2 month ago here and I was apprehensive to commit to using this as I have been using Schedule Fly for maybe about 4 years now and I also started using it at my current employer to which it was met with great approval from all management staff and especially the hourly staff. That being said My Hotel Effectiveness has been a great tool to use for myself and also hearing great feedback from our hourly staff has been nice. All in all, I'm excited and very happy to use My Hotel Effectiveness and I'm really curious to see how this platform evolves in the years to come. Also an option to browse reported items found. Would be nice for system SMS to be able to gather guest info off the cell phone they text with better. or the option to not send welcome texts when guest is staying back to back with 2 different booking method reservations. they are more likely to mark us as spam with repetitive annoying bot produced welcomes and notifications that the guest might see as spam or annoying information. The guests like to see a hotel who uses tech and modern methods of communication, do so without causing more issues then there needs to be. Older guests get very annoyed and less likely to communicate when the technology is difficult ...
