We are all able to look at all the scheduling for each and every department in the hotel which helps us leaders know who is working at all times. This platform was placed into effect about maybe 2 month ago here and I was apprehensive to commit to using this as I have been using Schedule Fly for maybe about 4 years now and I also started using it at my current employer to which it was met with great approval from all management staff and especially the hourly staff. That being said My Hotel Effectiveness has been a great tool to use for myself and also hearing great feedback from our hourly staff has been nice.
