Intelity is a key component in our integrated guest experience allowing us to provide technology in-room as well as via mobile devices. We look forward to building more features on their platform.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

GEMS backend access for our operational teams so we are not as reliant on their support staff to manage any issues that arise.

User friendly for both guest and staff. The product is easy to use. Guest enjoy being able to check-in online, use their mobile key to gain access to their rooms.

The mobile app and mobile check-in system could be improved, you have to log in every time, it does not remember you.
