What do you like most?

One of the best features is you do not need to keep printing anything off any longer. Just update the tablet and your guests can see all the new information. The only limit is your imagination.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The texting feature which I know they are working on. Adding he AI ability to the texting will be a game changer for auto response.

Love the marketing component to the platform, we're utilizing tablets and the multi-property mobile app. We're successfully beginning our adaptation of technology during these crazy times!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Not much at this stage. Maybe I would recommend them to add more hands on photos of the app on their website.

Love the mobile key and housekeeping and maintenance work orders. One stop shop for our owners and guests and easy to use for staff!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Nothing. Love all that is offered. Wouldn't feel anything needs to change. All is good in the Intelity software world.

The tablets are a piece of tech that is now expected in Hotel Rooms, our Guest love to order room service and interact with all features of it.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The ticketing system takes a few more clicks to complete a call, making it easier to close calls via the computer, other than that is great!

We would love it for the Gems application to be more user friendly. We have a hard time seeing who tickets are assigned to from the app and this can cause confusion among team members.
