The Rezlynx is a lot easier than previous PMS's to use, so this has freed up time on reception/sales etc so other jobs and responsibilities can be taken on and staff can progress in their jobs. Changed our PMS in Feb last year and it's been the best decision ever. System is great covers all our needs. reports are easy to read. On set up ensure that for the project leaders you have workbooks and it's structured in approach to training and who should attend. Book follow up training 6 weeks after install completion.
