What does this product or service do well?
Guestline is a very user friendly system. All type of hotels (such as boutique, budget, city hotels) can use their products to increase revenues, and at the same time save and lower costs. All in all it's a great solution! :-)

Guestline has a very professional support & sales team, so working with them together is a pleasure for me. Also the API of Guestline enables 2-way integrations, so there's no need to transfer all data manually.

All the clients who use Guestline are more than satisfied because the system is very user-friendly and simplifies internal processes in the hotel. My advice to hoteliers who are considering to use this product is to implement it in their properties. There won't be any regrets.

It can be accessed anywhere as it is web based. It is very user friendly and we have a lot of control and I like that guest history keeps the notes
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes there are more processes than needed when making changes and as we are a smallish establishment there are more functions than we need. Wish there were less steps when changing rates.

What do you like most?
In is user friendly and I find easy to use and understand. Reslynx works well the roomlynx and helps me manage my rates and load special offers to our website.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't feel there are any cons to this software. If I move to another hotel as GM I would try and get Reslynx and Roomlynx installed
