Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Their "in-house" channel manager integration is far more seamless that many I have worked with. We have not experienced connectivity issues or other issues that sometimes occur when connecting to multiple online sources.

There are legacy aspects of the software, like group blocks, that still need updating. The Guest Services housekeeping module takes a long time load.

I like the ease of use. The product is user friendly and easy to learn. The customer service team is easy attentive for troubleshooting.

Platform is somewhat rigid, it could be improved if it could be customized further to suit our specific hotel needs.

They always help us figure out how to fix errors. They can take over the computer, which is great Especially if you dont know much about computers. They are always very respectful. They answer the phones ...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Just when something changes with the system to send out an email that lets our company know . For instance when we had to charge for wifi before we authorize our $50 incident and accidentals.

What do you like most?

The Innroad program is user friendly. 24 hour assistance. Well prepared staff. The last few updates have helped make the program more flexible with keeping my rates more competitive.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Improve making it simpler to set up the seasonal rates in bulk. A prepared setup for credit card disputes. A required E-Signature would help out tremendously.
