I have been working as a night auditor for a few months, and so far, InnRaod software management has been excellent. InnRoad is an all-in-one solution integrating a booking engine, card processing, and property management system. The software can perform many functions simultaneously, providing easy access to Expedia.com and Booking.com. The software feature is superb and easy to use. Reservation input is easy. Customer service is always extremely polite and knowledgeable and utilizes screen sharing to make support calls easier. The guests can also chat and report issues directly with the front desk easily. Most importantly, InnRoad is constantly improving its functionality and updating the system, making the software great.

innRoad has been good to work with. Our front desk staff enjoys the ease of the tape chart and the checkin process. I enjoy how easily I can track or change what is happening in the hotel. The rates grid gives a nice snapshot of the hotels revenue and occupancy, and I can set alerts for myself to prevent a missed revenue opportunity.

highly recommend to any B&B’s or hotel. I was worried about all the time and amount of data it would take to move everything across, I can honestly say the guys at innRoad have done everything without a problem or hitch. Can’t thank them enough for making everything easy

Answer:

24/7/365 support. The professional and easy process gave me confidence that migrating systems just before busy season would be a success. We were up and running within a week thanks in part to their unlimited training and their very understanding staff.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

The software is very user friendly which makes training new employees a breeze. Their Booking Engine is great, and they customize it to the look and feel of our website. It is easy to pull reports to compare how your property is doing year over year. I have them handling our credit card processing so completing the guest reservation is seamless.
