What do you like most?

Nothing. This system single handling destroyed the hotel's staff morale. Only feature that is better is remote friendly, meaning you can log in at home and use it since it is web-based.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Everything. Our hotel "upgraded" our system from OPERA to Infor HMS. After 3 months of using Infor HMS, clearly OPERA is way more advance in their program. Infor HMS can improve on their billing screen, r...
