Booking Engine, Intuitive Website design capabilities and content management system. The Cloud PMS is easy to use and the people at the company are always available and friendly. Constantly innovating and testing new ideas and products that support their client partnerships.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Call them, ask them about their process and background in development and small/medium hotels. Set up a Zoom call, and spend an hour asking them questions about what they've already developed and what they've learned and what their plans are for future development and growth.

Seamless booking. We've been using Resnexus since we opened five years ago and we have never had a booking issue.

The "new" calendar (legacy expiring in the fall) can't be printed and doesn't include retail reminders. The original had high/medium/low detail settings. We've always used medium, which will no longer be ...

What do you like most?

Ask for service anytime and you will get it. The longest I had to wait was 24 hours to hear back from someone. Everyone is always pleasant, helpful and genuine.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Booking engine could be more specific to guest searches. Not sure of any other improvements at this time that could be made.
