The expansive reporting features in the BKE allow for incredible insights and stay on top of trends and markets.

During the Pandemic Avvio launched their Hotel Digital Academy. The focus of this was to teach Digital Marketing skills for free to those in the hospitality industry. Consider how many visitors to your website simply leave without making a booking. If you could improve that by just 1 or 2 per 100, how much would that be worth to you? Every hotel is unique so before selecting a hotel technology vendor you will need to do your due diligence and see if this is right for your hotel. Many features can be beneficial but if not used do not any value. Speak to other hotels who use the systems already before committing to a product.

Do not compare the price of one solution against the other but instead consider the relative cost of allowing the online channels to capture more than their fair share of your business. If your current booking engine only delivers 10% of your business then it is not performing and perhaps as high as 40% of your business is being lost to expensive online channels.

Changing your website, on-line marketing and booking engine provider can be painful. Be open minded to change, seek guidance from fellow hoteliers who use their products and take the time to learn and upskill yourself on the benefits.
Not one hotel I have worked alongside has every regretted their decision to move to Avvio.
