Don't hesitate on trialing the product and give it time to see the results . Involve your front of house team to build the right content for the tool and adapt them until you find the perfect recipe for success.

Integration with PMS and booking engine shall be a must to avoid some misunderstanding in quotations and availability and aditional work of staff

The idea of having a robot to answer all our customers in real time is amazing. We save a lot of time by having Velma. Also, whenever we need help, the support team is absolutely resolutive and fast.
