Not all conversations are alerted by email when they arrive. Notifications are not going well at all. I would improve all notifications with customers.

Integration of Instagram chat should filter posts from questions, same for messenger integration, an alert when not able to reply should be more specific on the subject of conflict

Ease of use for everyone, easy configuration, assertive answers to guest enquiries, constant updates of dialogs and conversations, excellent reporting and database growth tool.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Integration with Instagram and Messenger should have more filters towards posts versus questions or conversations, mobile platform could be more complete and allow configurations of system.
