Honestly, there is not a thing at the moment that I can say neeed improving. My only suggestion would be for pre avvio calls to receive the data the day before rather than on the day to best get time to look and see what we are reviewing on the call.

Many competitors of Avvio have stood still, this is particularly seem with the booking engine. Avvio have created an intelligent booking engine using AI which none of the competitors have done. Their booking engine really is at the forefront of Hotel technology.
During the Pandemic Avvio launched their Hotel Digital Academy. The focus of this was to teach Digital Marketing skills for free to those in the hospitality industry. This shows their commitment to the industry and eagerness to not just work for clients but work with them as a partner and ensure they understand how and why Digital Marketing is important to their industry. This is something their competitors have not done.
Avvio is a local company, born and bred in Ireland it has grown over the years but still provide the same customer care and service as they did when they where a start up. This is so important as with many large digital agencies, booking engines and hotel tech products who have grown to the same scale as Avvio they have lost the one to one customer support. Consider how many visitors to your website simply leave without making a booking. If you could improve that by just 1 or 2 per 100, how much would that be worth to you? By offering a more personal experience, plus having the built in tools to help convert lookers into bookers, Avvio make this work. Every hotel is unique so before selecting a hotel technology vendor you will need to do your due diligence and see if this is right for your hotel. Many features can be beneficial but if not used do not any value. Speak to other hotels who use the systems already before committing to a product.

Changing your website, on-line marketing and booking engine provider can be painful. Be open minded to change, seek guidance from fellow hoteliers who use their products and take the time to learn and upskill yourself on the benefits.
