The lack of help especially when people are out putting QR codes on for people! And then the people the leave you to don't give a dam!!

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Build a better team with more people! Hire a team to just go out and put on QR codes. Actually do what you say you will Rafael

What do you like most?

Like document management system most. It is convenient and high-efficient to look for files, and files will never get lost. Meanwhile, support team always give help in time.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I think new version of work order interface is complex, more beautiful but less concise. If a work order or PM is about to past due, could app send a warning to remind user to complete?

The accuracy and method of tracking.The report portal is an amazing feature that allows you to pull any kind of report.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The new home page as it a little bit confusing, not all the time showing the results.More than this all is good.
