What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

We have been integration partners for years with WebRezPro PMS and have many shared customers. The hotels are really impressed by the ease of use of the PMS interface and the ability to customize the software to the hotel's needs. Furthermore, hotels can automate a lot of actions within their PMS which saves them time and makes work easier.

Question:

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The staff and their support teams. Our shared customers rave about the support they receive from the WebRezPro team and the same for us; the WebRezPro team is excellent in collaborating to make our shared customer successful. Furthermore, does the setup of the PMS allow it to be used for all types of properties including campgrounds and vacation rentals.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Every hotel is unique so before selecting a hotel technology vendor you will need to do your due diligence and see if this is right for your hotel. Many features can be beneficial but if not used do not any value. Speak to other hotels who use the systems already before committing to a product.
