I really love that this system is self explanatory. We have had to train several employees and the system makes sense to people. You need reservations, hit reservations, you need a report, hit report. Ease of use.

The service has always been very good. Almost anytime of day or night and return calls are very prompt. Software is intuitive and consistent. The application has never been “down” since we have used and enhancements are timely and withoit bugs. It really does everything we need.

WebRezPro has made it very easy to recommend them to our partners. Their solution is what many need - and their team is very hands on and great to work with. With all the tech solutions out there, it's important to have a trusted partner in the space. Their open API made it very easy for our solution to integrate and provide benefit to our partner hotels.

Answer:

WebRezPro is a great all in one solution for so many of our partner hotels. For many, the idea of multipack systems and products on the property management and distribution sides can be overwhelming - that's where a product like WebRezPro comes in.

Answer:

All in one solutions are not for every property, but for those that are looking to streamline their systems - this is a great solution to look into. They are a great team that is always willing to work with their clients on solutions.
