There is a varied set-up so choose wisely and to suit your hotel. Do not get over-whelmed with the buzz words or the choices. Do what is right for your hotel to begin with and then build on that. There is a huge amount of functionality which can be added gradually.

What do you like most?
The professionalism, efficiency & customer care at Avvio never ceases to amaze, Richella my account manager is an expert in her field and no challenge is ever too big to overcome.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't think of any ways to improve the service I receive from my account manager, however I do find the back end of the CMS very difficult this could be simplified

I find the support desk very helpful, once I send them an email they are very quick to respond. Even if I have a very basic problem they are always very pleasant to help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I use the site mainly for uploading rates and package rates and to be honest I find the service really good and user friendly. I cannot thing of anything I would improve.

We have had Ricky as our account manager for the past 12 months and she is fantastic. We particularly like her style of reporting.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Design is a little challenging but has improved in recent months. Uploading of imagery was also challenging but has improved significantly.
