Opera is a long-time integration partner of ours and we’ve had nothing but good experiences with their team. Their PMS and POS are extremely reliable and their integrations are strong: together, we’ve worked to enable full-flow mobile check-in and check-out, passing payment tokens, folio review, and more.

Answer:

Oracle is one of the most innovative companies in the hospitality industry. Opera and Micros are great examples of that–cloud-based and fully configurable for properties of all sizes and types, supporting a wide range of features and functionality. Customers can be sure the product will only continue to evolve and improve.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

If you're looking for a forward-thinking, constantly-evolving solution, the Oracle suite of hospitality products should be an excellent fit for you. We have a robust set of integrations for them and can say they're truly one of the most customizable set of tools for hoteliers.
