The fact that Net Affininty can build the whole digital face of the hotel makes it stand out. Optimazing the digitial guest journey of the customer and channel them to the direct booking platform is the key.

Make sure you undersand, who your customers are so you can build an appealing environment for them when it comes to direct business. Give them clear messeage and seamless yourney and you will see the difference.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Although there are not huge areas I could highlight for improvement maybe an in person meeting once quarter could help us in the hotel as it can be hard to focus over zoom in a busy hotel at times.

What do you like most?

The Website and Booking Engine is easy to manage and the support staff are Excellent and patient in getting us up and running.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Still in a learning curve with this being our first year with NetAffinity however, it would seem that they cover everying we were looking for in the Website and Booking Engine programmes so far.

Easy to use. Customer service is very helpful. Efficient and effective. Updates fast and sends useful reports to help our team

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Can not fault this system. Sometimes mapping the systems and setting up rates can be confusing but nothing that customer service cant help with.

What do you like most?

Everyone we deal with in (to name a few Maja, Milena, Charlene, & Thuli), Net Affinity are extremely helpful & get back to you quickly which is very important to us

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I think the new Booking Engine when we are set up on it, will hopefully solve anything we think can be approved on it i.e. cancelling a night of a stay that is booked for more then 1 night
