It would be easier if there was just one system rather than have For-Sight and For-Email. If they could merge the two then the user experience would be made much easier.

I really don't feel like there is anything that could be improved on. I received the help I need and when I need it. The system is easy to use for me who is an amateur.

Probably not a products fault, but we have occasional data errors (from our system feeds) and not 100% convinced this is picked up or noticed. I like the simple interface for picking the criteria for queries, but a more technical option with all fields visible would be of advantage.
