HotelTime are always trying to innovate and adapt. Their flexible suite of products is evidence of this. Having a cloud-based PMS is such an important feature in a hotels operating system and HotelTime are at the forefront of this technology.

Answer:

Take time to speak the team, ask plenty of questions. Changing a PMS is a big decision for a hotel, but the HotelTime team are great at what they do and will assist you in understating how their product(s) can assist you and your business

What do you like most?

I like the online cloud platform. I can connect to the systems from anywhere around the world. For new users it is very easy to know the basics and start working with HTS systems.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The reporting could be more detailed and when switching properties i would like to see the same page. Reservation search could be together instead of each parameter alone.

PMS operation ease for line staff, clarity, functions such as billing automation, report sending automation or third party integration possibilities. POS si user friendly easy to use, system is widley cus...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Details in PMS such as group reservation handling and meal forecasting. Majorly all the system functions are sufficient for any hotel operations. Conference module improvement.

Hoteltime provides everething we need for our work in hotel with restaurant and spa facilities. Advantage is constant system update and description of all new features on customer portal.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There is always space for improvement :) but in general we are very satisfied with all provided services and coperation
