What do you like most?
Pegasus' team is always eager to help and quick to resolve issues, though there are rarely many. Interface is easy to use and understand. Reports are customizable and and detailed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There aren't too many things I can think of - Pegasus has done what we need and want, though Apple/Google pay compatibility on website would be nice.
