What do you like most?

Pegasus' team is always eager to help and quick to resolve issues, though there are rarely many. Interface is easy to use and understand. Reports are customizable and and detailed.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There aren't too many things I can think of - Pegasus has done what we need and want, though Apple/Google pay compatibility on website would be nice.

I like the fact that there is always a person available to help, they reply to emails quickly and they're always willing to help.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There is always be room for improvement specially since we're in very fast pace industry and keeping up with the current technology will always be great.

System is easy to use. Reliable ARI and interfaces with IDeaS G3 True partnership to obtain results Customer care is consistently efficient and capable. Very 'hands-on' for success when needing assis...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Two-way integration with PMS for auto build of group blocks & rate plans could be more seamless with my PMS system. But service and reliability outweighs the small additional steps needed to complete.

I’d say conversion tracking…I have a unique setup where I have one booking engine for 2 websites so want to track better source of conversions… also billing could be better
