Sales and marketers work so hard to generate interest - and when prospects are finally ready to buy, too many hotels send them complex, hard to read, proposals that actually make it harder to make a decision. Cendyn's eProposal helps hoteliers to make an amazing first impression. This product allows hotels to present themselves visually and has components that make the decision process easier for their buyers. It is a big competitive difference.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?
The product itself helps hotels stand apart from all their competitors - but there is an add on - eMenus - that really helps to enable the buying process. Most hotels send you tons of pdfs for your banquet menus - they are confusing and overwhelming - and you, as the buyer cannot really do anything without getting a salesperson on the phone to help you figure it all out. Buyers want to be able to explore more on their own - and this tool allows them to do that! They can put their entire menu together, get real costs, make their own tweaks - on their own schedule. It is easy to use - gives buyers what they want and saves salespeople a lot of time. The whole experience is far superior to anything else currently in the marketplace.
