I can only talk about Infrasys, and I can compare it with Simphony, which is the app we had. Infrasys seems much friendlier to me in the backend and in operation. It is much more technologically up-to-date, we can use Android and/or IOS tablets. Reporting is much more flexible, with many more filters and is quick when making queries.
