Siteminder has a huge support team that can help you when you are in need of help. Plus, they have a range of products that can help hotels in various ways including but not limited to channel manager, online booking engine, webpage builder, etc..

Answer:

Reach out for help. They're very supportive, and they'll go out of their ways to make business relationship work for you. Also try out their demo's. I believe there's no risk/commitment involved with their demos.

It is quite easy to discover and to understand report. I can see the overall picture of the marketplace and intergartion with other competitors

This need to improve more tools to fill up again when receiving a lots of booking cancellation. It does takes time to fill manually
