Excellent product and service. META I/O lets to admin Metasearch campaigns in a very easily and comfortably from one place. The best part is that they are constantly updated, giving better solutions and adapting to the constant changes at the Metasearchers's environment. Connectivity with them is very direct and easy at the IT level. The WIHP team are very professional: The support team is efficient and they are always providing solutions, their response to any incident or doubt is very quick, our account manager at all times follows up and helps us on a daily basis so that everything is as optimized as possible and our company contact is a person who at all times gives facilities, listens and is there to offer the best of WIHP. As a company that collaborates with us, there is constant communication with them and they perfectly fit our needs and requests. What truly sets Cendyn apart from the competition (next to the topics mentioned above) is their transparent and predictable pricing model. This gives us and our clients a clear overview of costs, enabling better budget planning and increased trust in the collaboration.

What truly sets Cendyn apart from the competition (next to the topics mentioned above) is their transparent and predictable pricing model. This gives us and our clients a clear overview of costs, enabling better budget planning and increased trust in the collaboration.
It is not easy to say something that they can improve, but being very detailed and that we know that in their day to day they are working we could say that the requests to our servers for availability queries are quite high and that means that we have to have larger servers to support this traffic, they could improve in some details of their administrator of their tool META I/O to setup very specific campaigns and something that it is difficult for us is to upload and update the logos on Google Hotel Ads and TripAdvisor ;), ... that said, I would like to emphasize that we value WIHP's excellent team much more than the technical details discussed above.
We have been working with WIHP for many years and over that time have seen their product constantly evolve and grow to help us deliver a consistently strong ROI for our clients and overall deliver a fantastic expeirence.

While the platform is easy to use and intuitive it is still important to have a skilled digital marketer using it to get the best return on invtestment. Also important to have the right integration support to ensure your booking engine is connected.
