OpenKey's mobile and keyless entry solution is extremely easy to implement and work with. Their engineering team is top notch and they are absolute leaders in the space. I cannot recommend them as a partner enough.

Installation was easy and thorough. The product itself has worked well the entire time. The team enjoys working with it in comparison to prior system. Flawless

Software was a bit difficult to get synced with our current PMS system but once it was it worked great.

What do you like most?
Everything is on your cell phone these days. It adds an extra convenience. It is easy to use also and easy instructions on how to use it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'm not sure it needs to be improved. I've heard nothing but good things about it. It doesn't help when there is a bad signal but that has nothing to do with the app.

The system is very easy to use and our guests appreciate the ability to bypass the Front Desk if they want to.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The battery life for one of the hotels is compromised due to the current lock sets used. Would be great if OpenKey could work with the lock company to find a fix.

What do you like most?
OpenKey has been helpful troubleshooting issues and resolving them. They send out replacements asap. This helps with keeping our locks operational.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The installation of the modules could be better so not to have the wires pinch. When the wires are pinched, they do not communicate with the lock leaving it non operational.
