Answer:

We have been partnering with Cendyn for many years, their CRS powers many of our customers and plugs seamlessly into our hotel commerce platform that specialises in distribution. With the recent merge, Cendyn offers an even deeper portfolio including a top-notch CRM which means their customers are cared for in all aspects of distribution and marketing.

Question:

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

As Cendyn and their best in class CRM have merged with Pegasus and Travel Tripper, their customer base gets market leading technology across the board, from CRM to CRS to BE. This fits perfectly with SiteMinder's world largest hotel commerce platform and offers Cendyn's hotel customers the opportunity to get best in breed solution across the board.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Its all great products but some of them require expertise and in depth training so I would advise my customers to really familiarise themselves with the product capabilities so they can get the most out of the product suite.
