The PM program set up is far more easy to work with than other PM software that I have been through. Planning and scheduling work orders and Preventative maintenance as well as repair works is a lot easier to monitor.

They are one of the most widely known and recognized task managers in the market. As such, they have a lot of expertise and their software has evolved all of these years to adapt to hotel's new needs.

They are one of the most widely known and recognized task managers in the market. As such, they have a lot of expertise and their software has evolved all of these years to adapt to hotel's new needs.
HotSOS provides a wonderful way for hoteliers to better service guests and improve overall satisfaction. Integrating with HotSOS has been a great experience, and gives hoteliers the ability to leverage INTELITY apps and tablets for guest requests, and then manage the tickets through the familiar HotSOS interface.

They are a very well known and established brand and they have been in the market for a long time. That means that they have already solved many of the main pain points which many task managers present. Also, they are very easy to integrate with.

Amadeus’s HotSOS is one of the most user-friendly, easy-to-use hospitality tools on the market. With their extensive service optimization solution, staff can ensure that everything is taken care of behind the scenes so guests have a great experience, and that’s what matters. We greatly value their partnership.

I would say that it's hard to go wrong when choosing such a well and long established product in the market. They've been doing this for a long time and they have many customers. which means that they have a lot of expertise.

Doesn't require a ton of training and can have a huge impact on efficiency. Also does integrate with a lot of the big hospitality systems so you can connect ticketing with other systems on the property.
