I used Delphi 2006-2010 and 2017 to present. There have been many upgrades but the concept is basic and easy to understand.

Its user friendly. You don't have to be a master at systems to learn it easily. It also displays availability in a combined field verses having to open multiple screens.

Having worked with other sales/events systems Delphi definitely has it's benefits but also it's downsides. The ease in running different reports or queries (especially customized ones) isn't up to the standards that I am used to. It was nice that the training was able to be completed in one day however I've had to learn a lot on my own - perhaps the training could be more in depth.

Great system, the best in the business for functionality and ROI. There are few systems to chose from that have been around for this long. More and more Brands are requiring that you use the brand system though so independent systems will be going by the wayside in the next 5 years, in my opinion.

They are one of the most widely known and recognized task managers in the market. As such, they have a lot of expertise and their software has evolved all of these years to adapt to hotel's new needs.

They are a very well known and established brand and they have been in the market for a long time. That means that they have already solved many of the main pain points which many task managers present. Also, they are very easy to integrate with.

I would say that it's hard to go wrong when choosing such a well and long established product in the market. They've been doing this for a long time and they have many customers. which means that they have a lot of expertise.
