What do you like most?

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't like that it is a web based version. I prefer to have a quick icon on my computer that I can click on verses having to sign on through the internet every time.

It has immediate data sharing with our PMS system, interfaces with outlook so communications are easily viewed and recorded, and reporting is customizable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some fields are "Word" based which can lead to data entry inconsistencies - e.g. address - "State" field can be written as abbreviation (VA) or name (Virginia). Delphi.fdc requires banquet checks to be...

Working the meeting space layout. It would be great to see the different capacities in a layout that at the same time could be sent directly from the system to the client

Have to enter the same information in many different places. Sometimes that gets time consuming when I am busy and is just a very unnecessary task.
