Great PMS system

This is the most commonly used system in Singapore and the consultants were very helpful in supporting the hotel and making sure we go live on the date we want. It gives our IT some relief as well in managing the solution as patches/backups are done by Oracle directly.

The integration between Oracle Hospitality PMS and Dataria’s BI works extremely well when it comes to centralising hotel data and turning it into actionable insights for day-to-day decision-making. One of the strongest points is the speed and clarity with which the BI processes operational and revenue information. Having reservations, occupancy, ADR, pickup and distribution data connected directly with the PMS allows the team to work with reliable, real-time information without depending on manual reports or fragmented spreadsheets.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

What differentiates the integration between Oracle Hospitality OPERA PMS and Dataria Revenue Technology is the quality and depth of the operational data that OPERA provides, combined with Dataria’s ability to transform that information into practical and accessible revenue intelligence. Compared with other PMS solutions, OPERA stands out for the robustness of its ecosystem, the level of detail available across reservations, segmentation, distribution and operational workflows, and its reliability in more complex hotel environments. From Dataria’s perspective, this creates a much stronger foundation for BI analysis and revenue strategy execution. The integration allows Dataria’s BI to work with highly granular and structured PMS data, which translates into more accurate dashboards, pickups, forecasting analysis and operational visibility. In many other PMS integrations, the limitation is not the BI itself, but the quality, consistency or accessibility of the source data.
