The booking engine. It lets down your whole system and I was reluctant to associate it with my website. I feel I have no choice but to use it but it seriously needs improving. You need an App. Need to improving how the invoices are displayed. Reporting needs to be improved, very unintuitive. Key info not displayed easily.

Cloudbeds has not been down since I have been with them, which is remarkable, although on occasion they may have a bug when they roll out a new service and addition.They do not have a live help line, but they do have a Zen Desk, that does get the job done , but not satisfying if you have a quick question or lock yourself out due to password issues.
